- For pre-orders: Orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks from the date the order is placed. We want to ensure the highest quality for our pre-order items, which may require additional time for production and processing.

- We are committed to keeping you informed about the status of your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- If your order contains both premade and pre-order items, we will ship the premade items first and the pre-order items separately once they become available. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

- We offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery after the order has been shipped. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee at checkout.

- International shipping takes a bit longer then domestic and cost more due to United States postal rates .
